At VitalCare Services LLC, the safety, trust, and well-being of our clients is paramount. To ensure that every caregiver, nurse, therapist, or support staff member is reliable, ethical, and qualified, we maintain strict hiring standards:

We run thorough background checks on all prospective employees before hiring — including criminal history, identity verification, and applicable national/state registry searches.

Any candidate or staff member with disqualifying criminal convictions, or whose history indicates risk to client safety, is prohibited from providing direct care.
